Start date will be Monday 07th September 2026. £28,673 - £31,257 + Company Car + Up to 3% Bonus + Benefits. This is a development role to lead into various managerial positions within our company. Contract 24 months - You will be working on structured short-term placements throughout all areas of our Recycling & Recovery business over a 24-month scheme.
We will develop your understanding of the waste management industry and teach you all aspects of general management. There is an expectation of a managerial role upon successful completion of the 24-month programme. There is travel expected in this role and some nights away from home. You are provided with a fully expensed company car, and we will provide and pay for your accommodation. Can be based around BRISTOL area.
There will be an expectation that you undertake a high-level apprenticeship alongside this role. You must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

What will I be doing?
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of how SUEZ operates and competes within the waste management sector through specific work packages across the Processing business by supporting various projects and initiatives to give full exposure of the business.
- From time to time, you will be given personal projects to work on within specific areas of the Processing business.
- Undertaking professional and personal development by improving your own knowledge of the waste management industry.
- Learn and develop managerial skills and techniques.
What are the requirements?
- A full UK driving licence is required and be confident to drive long distances.
- Must currently live or be willing to relocate to relevant region for duration of scheme.
- Must be OK with being away from home as overnight stays will be required.
- A good demonstrable level of education: 3 A levels at grade A-C (or equivalent).
- Right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Preferably you will already have some work experience to underpin your academic record.
