Role starts on 7th September 2026. £28,673-£31,257 pa + Company Car/Car Allowance + Up to 3% Bonus + Benefits. Role is offered on a 24-month basis leading to a permanent full-time role on completion of the 24 months. Based around Bolton area. You must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

What will I be doing?

  • Produce accurate financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Monitor costs, revenues, and key performance indicators against business plans.
  • Assist in developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and commercial bids.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams to support business objectives.
  • Assist in improving customer profitability and retention strategies.
  • Support sales and tender processes through financial evaluation and modelling.

What are the Requirements?

  • Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Solid foundation in financial analysis, accounting principles, and data interpretation.
  • Excel skills (e.g. modelling, data manipulation, use of formulas).
  • Awareness of financial systems and reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
