Role starts on 7th September 2026. £28,673-£31,257 pa + Company Car/Car Allowance + Up to 3% Bonus + Benefits. Role is offered on a 24-month basis leading to a permanent full-time role on completion of the 24 months. Based around Bolton area. What will I be doing?
- Produce accurate financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
- Monitor costs, revenues, and key performance indicators against business plans.
- Assist in developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and commercial bids.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams to support business objectives.
- Assist in improving customer profitability and retention strategies.
- Support sales and tender processes through financial evaluation and modelling.
What are the Requirements?
- Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Solid foundation in financial analysis, accounting principles, and data interpretation.
- Excel skills (e.g. modelling, data manipulation, use of formulas).
- Awareness of financial systems and reporting tools is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
