As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be driving our waste vehicles, looking after the operation/loading of vehicles collecting municipal recycling and waste from households.

We expect candidates to deliver a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety rules and contractual requirements at all times.

  • Working with the Re-Use section of the Greater Manchester Contract
  • Manual Handling of White goods and Furniture
  • Rolling trollies for of load and loading
  • Rail Lift Loading
  • You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Experience of working in the waste industry and knowledge of the area is desirable
  • Must have a in date CPC card to be successful.
