Responsibilities
- Use retail experience to drive business, push sales and achieve targets.
- Lead a team to deliver great customer service to donors and customers.
- Work with local community to generate sufficient donated stock.
- Recruit, train and retain a volunteer team, guiding them and the shop manager.
- Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, ensuring health and safety.
- Manage stock processes to keep shop well merchandised with fresh seasonal stock.
- Act as brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in‑store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives.
- Manage effective stock process through the Epos operation.
- Help maintain a positive can‑do attitude, good judgment, and understanding of financial and IT administration.
