The Sue Ryder Port Glasgow shop is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy charity retailer on a 37.5-hour week rota. You will drive sales, manage a large volunteer team and ensure excellent customer service in a busy community store.

You will plan and prioritise, deliver KPIs, and work with local partners to maximise donations. The role requires strong IT and administrative skills, and a positive, proactive approach to leadership.
