Sue Ross Recruitment are looking for a talented Personal Injury Executive to manage a portfolio of fast‑track Employer’s Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading personal injury team, supporting clients who have suffered injury and ensuring they receive the best possible outcome. You’ll play a key role in progressing claims efficiently, negotiating robustly with third parties, and identifying litigation opportunities where appropriate. Experience with disease and RSI claims is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional client care to individuals who have suffered injury following an accident.
  • Analysing evidence and researching legal issues relating to liability, causation, and quantum.
  • Drafting key legal documents including witness statements, pleadings, and schedules of loss.
  • Securing early interim payments and arranging appropriate rehabilitation support.
  • Negotiating effectively to optimise settlement outcomes for clients.
  • Managing a busy caseload using a task‑based case management system, ensuring proactive and regular client contact.
  • Raising the profile of the department and contributing to its ongoing success.
  • Carrying out any additional duties reasonably required by the business.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence handling objections.
  • The ability to remain composed and effective when dealing with changing circumstances or challenging situations.
  • Experience handling MOJ Portal, non‑portal, and litigated personal injury claims.
  • A proactive, organised approach and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
