Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, in the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a full time office based position, joining a busy team handling all elements of the recruitment process along with some HR Admin elements.

Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor:

  • Onboarding and offboarding personnel
  • Creating and posting job advertisements
  • Shortlisting CVs and arranging interviews
  • Registering new employees
  • Managing staff leave, including sickness, maternity and long term absence
  • Assisting with the ongoing personnel management
  • Updating and sending contracts to new and existing employees
  • Database management
  • Checking right to work documents
