Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, in the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a full time office based position, joining a busy team handling all elements of the recruitment process along with some HR Admin elements.
Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor:
- Onboarding and offboarding personnel
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Shortlisting CVs and arranging interviews
- Registering new employees
- Managing staff leave, including sickness, maternity and long term absence
- Assisting with the ongoing personnel management
- Updating and sending contracts to new and existing employees
- Database management
- Checking right to work documents
