Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a small, well-established Sheffield law firm, to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to join their close-knit team.
This long-standing traditional practice is seeking a candidate who can confidently manage their own residential property caseload, including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- General conveyancing transactions
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who prefers a quality-driven, low-volume environment rather than a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The firm prides itself on delivering a personal, attentive service to its clients.
Our client is looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Comes from, or appreciates, a traditional legal practice background
- Delivers excellent client care and takes a meticulous, detail-focused approach
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive, friendly team
