Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected Education provider, to recruit a HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy HR team, managing the end to end personnel process. The successful candidate will be required to have an enhanced DBS check already in place.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:
- Overseeing the input and maintenance of personnel data into the system
- Providing essential support to the wider HR team
- Recruitment of new staff; shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews
- Key part of new employee onboarding and all processes during the employment lifecycle
- Initial point of contact for all contract related queries and issues
Candidate Requirements for the HR Administrator:
- Current in date full enhanced DBS check
- Able to work efficiently in a busy fast-paced environment
- Takes own initiative at all times
- Good interest in HR
