Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client in Sheffield to recruit an Executive Assistant on a temporary basis with the potential for the role to be extended and possibly become permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, prestigious Sheffield-based organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as a personal or executive assistant and will support the senior leadership level in a busy, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:

  • Supporting all Directors
  • Monitoring, filtering and drafting responses to correspondence
  • Answering and screening calls
  • Liaising with clients
  • First point of contact for all corporate clients
  • Diary management
  • Planning and organising meetings
  • Arranging travel
  • Organising and managing events
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Organising and managing wider staff where required

Candidate Requirements for the Executive Assistant:

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Able to work independently and to deadlines
