Are you a fluent Italian speaker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for outstanding customer service?
We are supporting our client, a global industry leader, in their search for a Customer Service Representative to support B2B customers across Italy.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert assistance with enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
Working closely with various internal teams, you’ll ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
This position is offered on a full-time hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, and digital systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the ERP system.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints within designated responsibilities.
- Manage domestic orders of basic complexity in line with established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Shipping, Import/Export, Planning, Inventory, and Sales.
- Identify issues requiring escalation and communicate them promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation and correspondence related to customer interactions.
- Build effective relationships across the organisation to support seamless service delivery.
- Positively contribute to the team environment and assist with holiday cover planning.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Candidate requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Experience within an import / export role.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer support skills.
- Confident working with multiple internal departments.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to follow structured procedures while adapting where necessary.
- Fluent in Italian and English – essential.
