Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well established promotional merchandise company. Based from their offices in the S17 area of Sheffield, you will join a small, friendly and supportive internal sales team. Working from an established database, you will be responsible for contacting existing, lapsed and potential clients who are based throughout the UK.
You will offer a consultative service to clients, advising them on product ranges, raising quotes and managing the order process. You will be the key point of contact for your customers for all issues relating to past and present orders and customer service issues.
We require candidates who have a proven background in proactive internal sales roles. Print or Promotional Merchandise experience is advantageous however not essential. You will have excellent communication skills and be IT literate (ideally having used CRM systems).
