Sue Ross Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside a charitable organisation who are looking for a programme administrator to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a Part-Time position, ideally 16-18 hours per week Monday- Friday excluding Tuesdays and is fully office based. 3 full days will also be considered however these must include a Monday and a Friday. Prior experience within a charity is desirable.

Daily duties and responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring shared and personal inboxes
  • Booking meeting rooms and taking minutes as needed
  • Keeping office supplies well stocked
  • Creating Rotas
  • Processing all compliance checks for staff and volunteers
  • Keeping all training records up to date
  • Ensuring all information is logged into CRM in a timely and accurate manner
  • Taking lead on events planning and organising key projects
  • Ensuring all events are staffed correctly with volunteers

The right candidate will be positive and driven and very organised. Kindness and compassion are also very important to this role.
