Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading professional service organisation, who are seeking a PA & Office Manager position to join a close-knit friendly and professional team in Sheffield. The role involves reporting to the Head of Human Resources and providing assistance to five Sheffield-based Executives. Executive Support Responsibilities: * Efficiently managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation * Reviewing emails and meeting invitations – responding as required * Overseeing logistics for ExCo and full staff meetings * Editing and formating reports, presentations, and documents * Drafting ad hoc letters and emails * Processing cash and credit card expense claims * Organising staff social event Office Management Responsibilities: * Being point of contact with the bulding facilities management provider, other building tennant and building concierge * Identifying and reporting any issues relating to office management * Ensuring workspaces are maintained efficiently in line with best practice * Liasing with the building facilities manager provider to ensure all issues are rectified in a timely manner * Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are adhered to * Managing the use of parking spaces * Management of office stationery, including checking stock levels, ordering replacement stock and issuing as required The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Personal Assistant at Executive level and will have had previous office management experience in a professional setting. They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaniously and be able to manage schedules, travel arrangements, meetings and various office tasks efficiently.
