Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of their client, a thriving Rotherham based law firm, who are seeking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join their busy Immigration Department. This role will be supporting fee earners in the department, duties include:

  • Secretarial and administrative duties, including digital audio typing;
  • Opening and closing files;
  • Booking interpreters and liaising with other third parties;
  • Dealing with clients both over the telephone and face to face and subsequently creating precise file notes;
  • Filing, photo-copying and other ad-hoc duties;
  • Ad-hoc reception cover.
