Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a PA / HR Coordinator to join a technology-driving business. This hybrid role plays a key part in supporting Group Directors and the HR team with a wide range of strategic and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inboxes and diaries for up to 9 Directors, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Board and both internal and external stakeholders, including private equity investors.
  • Provide on-site support for Board meetings, Director meetings, and client visits, including meeting coordination and client hospitality.
  • Plan and coordinate major events, including bi-annual Town Halls, company-wide social activities, and leadership offsite workshops.
  • Support Board operations by collating and distributing meeting materials and agendas.
  • Assist the HR team with general administration, including HRIS management, onboarding packs, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Help manage the shared HR inbox and respond to employee queries.
  • Support wellbeing initiatives and own the employee recognition programme, 'Living the Values'.
  • Act as a go-to point of contact for HR and business operations queries across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), or Senior Administrator (experience in the technology sector is a plus).
  • Strong background in planning and executing business events.
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Confident in building and maintaining relationships at all levels of a business.
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service and internal support.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
