Sue Ross Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside their client based in Sheffield who are looking for an Office & Events Administrator to join their team supporting the head of operations. This is a full-time role, 9am – 4.30pm on a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent. Prior events organisation experience is desirable.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing a variety of events
  • Coordinating with speakers, delegates, and sponsors
  • Supporting the Head of Operations to ensure smooth running of events
  • Liaising with third party vendors, venues and staff
  • Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
  • General administration duties
  • Setting up virtual and hybrid meeting formats

The successful candidate will be proficient in a variety of IT programmes such as the Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Zoom amongst others. You will have the ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results. A UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable as some travel may be involved in this role.
