Sue Ross Legal are seeking a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional high street practice who have provided legal services to individuals and businesses for over 40 years. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated NQ solicitor. You will be handling your own caseload of claimant PI matters, primarily RTA, EL, and PL claims, with support from senior colleagues as you continue to develop in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from instruction to settlement
  • Conducting client interviews and providing clear, concise legal advice
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with insurers, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties
  • Attending court hearings and case conferences as required
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with firm policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • A newly qualified solicitor (0-2 years PQE) with experience in personal injury law during training
  • Strong client care skills and the ability to manage a caseload with supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to the department's continued growth
