Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected local public sector organisation right here in Sheffield City Centre. We are looking for a Branding and Special Projects Lead (on an initial Contract until April 2027) to oversee the delivery and implementation of all brand activity, ensuring cohesion, quality, and alignment across the organisation. The postholder will coordinate the cross organisational branding implementation group, monitor progress against timelines and budgets, and support the development and delivery of a high impact brand launch. You will work closely with the Director of Communications, provide regular updates, and represent the Communications Team at key partnership meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand identity development: Oversee the finalisation of the brand identity, including the brand book, tone photography, and associated guidance, ensuring alignment with commissioned agency outputs and organisational requirements.
- Programme coordination: Lead and facilitate the cross organisational branding implementation group, maintaining effective communication, synchronising delivery plans, and monitoring progress, timelines, and costs. Prepare and present high level reports and briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Brand launch planning: Support the development and execution of a strategic communications and marketing plan.
