Sue Ross Legal are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected law firm in the recruitment of a Legal Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. The Role: As Legal Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: * Processing client and office account transactions in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs) * Reconciling bank accounts and ledgers * Assisting with month-end and year-end financial procedures * Handling purchase ledger, invoices, and payments * Supporting the production of financial reports * Liaising with fee earners and other staff regarding billing and finance queries About You: * Previous experience working in a legal finance/accounts role is essential * Good knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules * Strong numerical and IT skills, including Excel * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to work to deadlines in a busy team environment * A proactive, professional, and reliable approach Whatβs on Offer: * Competitive salary package * Training and ongoing professional development * Friendly, supportive working culture * The chance to be part of a well-established and growing law firm Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
