The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, delivering exceptional service while developing specialist product knowledge. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of customer enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage of the order process. Key responsibilities include: * Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email. * Providing information on pricing, availability and delivery schedules. * Processing customer orders and managing order progress requests. * Resolving invoice, pricing and delivery-related queries. * Managing complaints and product return requests professionally and efficiently. * Supporting customers with product information and catalogue navigation. * Identifying opportunities to promote products and upsell accessories. * Contacting customers regarding stock availability and suitable alternatives where appropriate. * Liaising with sales teams regarding customer activity, pricing and significant enquiries. * Working closely with accounts teams on credit-related matters. * Maintaining accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system. * Ensuring all activities are completed in line with company procedures and service standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy building relationships with customers. You will have: * Previous customer service experience. * A positive and enthusiastic approach. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritise workload. * A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
