Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected Not-For-Profit Enterprise, looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join an interesting organisation who are endeavouring to drive meaningful change and provide strategic expertise within the environmental and social responsibility space. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing operational efficiency and ensuring the financial health of the organisation as the Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager: * Maintaining records of income & expenditure * Managing incoming grants & donations * Overseeing reconciliations within Xero * Producing balance sheets, cash flow reports and income/ expenditure reports * Creating annual budgets and forecasts * Line-managing 2 Finance Officers * Payroll duties * Producing accurate repots across a number of functions * Contributing to financial strategy for the organisation Candidate Requirements for the Finance Manager: * Must be ACCA or CIMA qualified * Previous experience within financial management * Strong knowledge of financial reporting is essential * Expert knowledge using Xero * Familiarity with multi-currency accounting is desirable.
