Sue Ross Recruitment are looking for someone who is wanting to take on a new and exciting opportunity in Customer Service with fluent German speaking. We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our client based in Chapeltown for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment, balancing both remote and on-site work, allowing you to take advantage of the best of both worlds.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Processing all sales orders in a timely manner
  • Making sure all orders are entered onto the system in a timely manner
  • Processing any request amendments
  • Handling complex customer enquiries and resolving questions and complaints
  • Clarifying orders, providing technical guidance and facilitating recurring orders
  • Building ongoing relationships with customers

The right candidate will be pro-active and ensure positive reinforcement within the customer service team. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, participate in meetings, and provide first class customer service. A knowledge of Sales Force will be beneficial. Speaking fluent German is a requirement for this role.
