Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in South Yorkshire, to recruit an organised and detail-orientated Conveyancing Assistant on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Assistant role:
- Supporting solicitors and fee earners with all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
- Opening new files and managing administrative tasks throughout the conveyancing process
- Drafting standard documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Updating clients regularly and maintaining a high standard of client care
- Carrying out searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion procedures
The Ideal Candidate for the Conveyancing Assistant role will have:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing support role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
