Sue Ross Legal are working with a regional law firm who are looking to recruit into their busy conveyancing department. We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Administrator to join their Sheffield office with duties including;

  • Opening new client files including conducting conflict checks
  • Preparing and sending out conveyancing documents including contracts
  • Requesting title deeds and office copies
  • Requesting redemption figures from lenders
  • Audio typing general correspondence.
  • Preparing client reports
  • Processing SDLT returns
  • Applying for searches

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience gained within the conveyancing department, have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
