Sue Ross Legal are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Post Completions Assistant to join our clients Admin/Post Completion Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in conveyancing and progress within a supportive legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes to clients
- Open new files and manage initial case setup
- Process client care paperwork and carry out electronic identity checks
- Issue contract packs via the case management system
- Prepare and submit registrations
- Handle Land Registry requisitions
- Send TID’s to lenders
- Close files efficiently and accurately
- Assist with exchanges and completions during busy periods (depending on experience)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable but not essential (training provided)
Career Development
This role is designed as a stepping stone within the department. We are looking for a candidate who will remain in this position for approximately 18 months to 2 years, after which progression opportunities may be available, subject to departmental needs and performance.
