Sue Ross Legal are seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clientβs expanding team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded legal professional to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licenses
- Commercial developments and site acquisitions
- Property finance and secured lending
- Advising a wide range of clients from SMEs to investors and developers
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial conveyancing
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Capable of managing a varied caseload independently
