Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected private health clinic in Sheffield, to recruit a Clinic Manager on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a proactive senior healthcare administrator with a passion for delivering efficient, patient-centred services in a fast-paced environment. The Clinic Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of clinical services, supporting the clinical team, managing administrative workflows, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities for the Clinic Manager role: Clinic Operations & Administration * Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, room bookings, and staff rotas. * Ensure efficient coordination of assessments, reviews, and follow-up appointments. * Serve as the first point of contact for high-end clients and clinicians, maintaining a professional and calm environment. * Uphold accurate record-keeping practices in accordance with GDPR and CQC standards. * Coordinate communication with clients, GPs, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and other external partners. * Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and compliance documents. Business Support * Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership. * Assist with audit preparation, data collation, and regulatory submissions. * Support onboarding of new clinical and administrative staff, including inductions. * Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workflows, digital systems, and patient experience. Client Experience * Maintain a warm, confidential, and accessible front-of-house presence. * Address client queries and complaints with sensitivity, escalating as appropriate. * Support clients navigating the Right to Choose pathway, including paperwork and liaison with GPs. * Process electronic payments from private payers and provide appropriate documentation.
