Sue Ross Legal is collaborating with a traditional High Street practice that offers comprehensive, efficient, and experienced legal services to local and sub-regional clients, including private individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. We are recruiting an Experienced Civil Litigation Assistant to join an existing team, managing a diverse caseload that includes both family and general litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct civil litigation work and support our Civil Litigation Partner.
- Engage professionally with clients, understanding and managing their needs.
- Ensure the safe progression of a wide variety of civil court claims.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Candidate Requirements:
- Up-to-date knowledge of legal principles.
- Experience with court processes; a law degree is advantageous.
