Bolton | Permanent | c. £30,000 - £33,000 DOE Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a great client, a leading international manufacturing business based in Bolton, who are seeking an experienced Export Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a customer service professional with hands-on experience preparing export documentation and managing international shipments. Export experience is essential. Key Responsibilities * Manage customer orders and enquiries from receipt through to delivery. * Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with export requirements, customs regulations, and Incoterms. * Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal departments. * Resolve customer queries and provide regular order updates. * Maintain accurate records within ERP systems. Requirements * 2-3 years' customer service experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or export environment. * Proven experience producing export documentation and supporting international shipments. * Strong understanding of Incoterms and export processes. * Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
