Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected training and education provider, to recruit an Admin & Compliance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognised private training provider delivering NVQs, Pre-Employment Training, Skills Bootcamps and more. The successful candidate will lead the administration, audit, and compliance function, ensuring the business remains fully compliant with funding requirements and continues to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities for the Admin & Compliance Manager role: • Lead and manage administration, compliance, and audit teams. • Oversee funding audits, due diligence of delivery partners, and contract compliance. • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. • Work closely with the MIS Manager to optimise reporting, systems, and data. • Provide management performance reports to support business decisions. • Drive continuous improvement and ensure readiness for inspections. • Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and external partners. Candidate Requirements for the Admin & Compliance Manager role: • Proven experience in a similar role within the Work-Based Learning/Skills sector. • Strong knowledge of ESFA and funding compliance. • Experience managing teams, budgets, contracts, and audits. • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management reporting systems. • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel. • Relevant management qualification and minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
