Sue Ross Legal are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected high-street legal practice based in S20, to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner/ Senior Secretary for a permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, supportive Conveyancing department. The successful candidate will ideally manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Fee Earner role:
- Managing/ assisting with a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing excellent client care, acting as the main point of contact throughout each transaction
- Liaising with lenders, estate agents, and third parties to ensure smooth progression
- Ensuring all files are compliant with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Using the firm’s case management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Candidate Requirements for the Conveyancing Fee Earner role:
- Proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work independently as well as within a supportive team
- Experience using case management software (preferred)
