Sue Ross Recruitment are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Account Manager to join our client's growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established distributor of electronic components and products, supplying customers across a wide range of industries throughout the UK and Europe. As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process from enquiry through to order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing sales accounts to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and provide quotations to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on incoming enquiries from both new and existing customers.
  • Process customer orders accurately within the company system.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for clients.
  • Identify and contact prospective customers through cold calling and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident communicating with customers at all levels with previous experience in account management, sales support, internal sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
