This firm is recognised for its forward‐thinking approach, strong client relationships and commitment to excellence. The Role

This is a technical conveyancing position, supporting senior fee‐earners on complex residential property matters that sit outside routine sale and purchase work. The role would suit an Assistant Conveyancer already operating in a technical capacity or someone with previous experience of more complex property transactions. You will act as a key support to senior colleagues, playing an integral role in progressing technically challenging files while maintaining the high standards the firm is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior conveyancers with complex residential conveyancing transactions
  • Working on matters including freehold reversions, transfers of equity, lease extensions, variations of lease, title variations and complex title structures
  • Reviewing contract packs, title documents and other relevant paperwork
