The Sales Manager will:

  • Report to the General Manager
  • Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
  • Develop both new business and account manage the business from predominantly Corporate and MICE; knowledge of other sectors is an asset
  • Stand alone role with no direct reports

As Sales Manager you will have:

  • Experience of being a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Area/Regional/Cluster Sales Manager, Director of Sales as a minimum
  • High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail
  • A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results
  • The flexibility to visit clients, a good understanding of the Sheffield area
  • Excellent customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills
