The Director of Sales will:
- Report to the General Manager
- Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
- Develop both new business and account manage the business from predominantly Corporate, Business Groups including MICE; knowledge of other sectors is an asset
- Stand alone role with no direct reports
As Director of Sales you will have:
- Experience of being a Sales Manager, Area/Regional/Cluster Sales Manager or Director of Sales as a minimum
- High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail
- A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results
- The flexibility to visit clients, a good understanding of the Manchester area
- Excellent customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills
