An exclusive and exciting property in London is seeking a Marketing Manager to work within the Commercial Events Team based in Central London with travel to Liverpool once a month.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Head of Commercial Events
  • Lead the Meetings and Events teams in London and Liverpool
  • Strategic Leadership for London and Liverpool Events Teams
  • Digital & CRM‑led Marketing
  • Brand Content and Campaign Delivery
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement, Insight Measurement and Optimization and Operational Delivery
  • Champion and develop a CRM‑led marketing approach
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Managers and Internal Stakeholders
  • Provide line management and leadership to Sales & Marketing Executive(s)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience as a Marketing Manager looking for the next step
  • Proven success in a marketing leadership role ideally within events, venues, hospitality or related sectors
  • Experience creating and delivering digital and CRM‑driven campaigns
  • Developed marketing strategies and leading multi‑channel campaign delivery
  • Managed and developed team members
  • Creative problem‑solver delivering solutions in a fast‑paced environment
  • High standards, can‑do attitude, results‑driven and excellent attention to detail
  • Must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work
