An exclusive and exciting property in London is seeking a Senior Meetings and Events Planner to work with the Meeting and Events Team based in Central London.

Responsibilities
- Report to the Meeting and Events Team Manager
- Manage and convert meeting & events inquiries
- Manage the event from end to end
- Interface with the Meeting and Events Diary Management System
- Manage your own area organising the larger events
- Have a strong emphasis on maintaining and developing high value key accounts
- Handle and network your own and existing accounts and engage with past users to generate future business and develop new leads
- Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and Meeting & Events Operations Team to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience
- Contribute to forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required
- Involvement with the AV Team for support on any technical needs
- Streaming events
Qualifications
- Experience of being a Senior Meetings and Events Planner, Senior Meetings Planner, Senior Events Planner, Senior Event Sales Executive, Events Sales Executive, Events Sales and Marketing Executive, Meeting and Events Sales Executive
- Have three to four years Meeting and Event Management experience
- High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail
- A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results
- Account management experience
- Excellent customer care and focus and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills
- Be measured and very organised, enjoys working in a busy environment
- You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work
