Background: prominent fully integrated Healthcare system is in the midst of its digital transformation and looking to hire a Digital Product Manager.

Digital Product Manager will spearhead the development and delivery of products across its vast network of medical facilities that improve both patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

What Will You Do

• collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical teams to pinpoint areas of opportunity aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience and clinical outcomes
• demonstrate product excellence in Agile by defining epics and high-level user stories aligned with business goals, while leveraging data driven insights to shape the product roadmap
• manage the full product lifecycle from product ideation and requirements gathering to its design, execution, and release
• apply structured change management to drive user adoption, collaborating with IT and Operations to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing workflows
• introduce new products and features, gauge their success, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly
• deeply analytical and strategic thinker who thrives on solving business challenges, creating products, taking ownership of product prioritization, and effectively managing stakeholders

• this is a hands-on product management role that is HIGHLY strategic and delivery based
• full-time MOSTLY REMOTE role w/ minimal travel to HQ

Responsibilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading full product development lifecycles
• excellent communication, ability to work successfully with cross functional teams, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
• agile product leader driving digital transformation, leveraging JIRA to deliver impactful solutions within the product domain
• proven experience achieving success in overseeing intricate operational and technology deployments impacting multiple end-users
• healthcare experience is a MUST
