We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Wealth Planners who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about building new business.
As a Wealth Planner, you’ll be a key part of our advice team, focused on developing new client relationships and delivering high-quality, regulated financial advice.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, self-motivated, and experienced in growing their own client base and is looking to continue that success within the support of a leading national wealth management firm.
We appreciate the importance of a happy workforce, and our agile and flexible working policies support our colleagues in enjoying a great work / life balance, meaning that you can carry out your role from home whilst also being linked to a local office and part of a close-knit team including Paraplanners and Client Delivery specialists all working towards the same objective of delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will also have the support of many in-house specialist teams who are there to provide the support, resources and stable foundations for our Wealth Planners to deliver the desired client outcomes as well as working behind the scenes to continuously improve our offering and keep us ahead of our competitors.

- Qualified to Level 4 or above in providing financial advice and ideally working towards Level 6 Chartered Status
- A Wealth/Financial Planner with a minimum of 1 years' experience of managing your own clients.
- Experienced at delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients.
- Self-disciplined and focused with the resilience, motivation and tenacity to respond to challenges in a positive way.
- Motivated to understand and engage with Succession’s corporate objectives and cultural values.
- An effective team player and leader and able to recognise the value of support teams in delivering great client outcomes.
- Knowledgeable regarding the UK regulatory system, particularly those aspects relevant to Financial Services.
- Committed to your own professional development and regularly undertaking CPD and keeping up to date with industry issues and developments.
