As a Wealth Planner, you will be a key part of our advice team, focused on developing new client relationships and delivering high-quality, regulated financial advice. To join our award-winning team, you should demonstrate a highly professional, trustworthy, and client-focused approach, with genuine enthusiasm for relationship building and excellent communication skills that can adapt to bring value and understanding to every conversation. Qualified to Level 4 or above in providing financial advice, ideally working towards Level 6 Chartered Status. A Wealth/Financial Planner with at least 1 year of managing your own clients. Experienced in delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients. Proactive in sourcing and securing new client opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and self-generated activity. Skilled at converting warm and cold leads into long-term client relationships. Capable of building and managing a growing book of business, focusing on long-term value and client retention. Self-disciplined, resilient, motivated, and tenacious in facing challenges. Committed to understanding and engaging with Succession’s corporate objectives and values. An effective team player and leader, recognizing the support team\’s role in delivering great client outcomes. Knowledgeable about the UK regulatory system, especially aspects relevant to Financial Services. Dedicated to professional development, regularly undertaking CPD and staying updated with industry developments.
