We are seeking an experienced Technical Planner Trainer to join our Financial Planner Training Team, supporting our Financial Planners with technical expertise.
The role…
The Planner Training Technical Lead will be a technical specialist in financial planning, leading stakeholders to create and embed guidance on core planning scenarios such as estate planning, accumulation, and decumulation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing house views and guidance on core planning scenarios
- Creating technical scenarios for specialized offerings like VCTs, EIS, Offshore Bonds
- Building a technical competency framework for planners and paraplanners
- Managing technical training needs, including induction and ongoing upskilling, utilizing third-party providers
Requirements:
- Level 4 Financial Planning Qualification
- Extensive experience in Financial Services and Financial Advisory roles
- Strong facilitation skills and strategic planning ability
