Training and Competence Supervision Manager INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLYβ Closing Date17th June 2025, 12pm. Field based, aligned to your nearest Succession office location. The role of T&C Supervision Manager (TCSM) sits within our Risk and Compliance Team. You will work as part of a team of TCSMs each covering a geographical area, delivering the Training & Competence Scheme to our Wealth Planners. Working in conjunction with other key stakeholders, to ensure Planners maintain competence and can demonstrate: technical knowledge and its application; skills and expertise; compliance with Group policies and procedures and high standards of ethical behaviour. Key activities will include: Provide regulatory oversight and supervision for new and existing planners. Assessment of Financial Planners ongoing Competence. Identifying areas of improvement, setting in place and monitoring Development Plans. Reporting concerns/risks and providing recommendations where improvements are not being made. Assisting with Regulatory Change programmes involving Planners knowledge, skills and competence. Contributing to the annual Certification process.
