To support the continued delivery of technology solutions to the business, we now have an opportunity for a Software Development Manager to lead cross‑functional squads including developers, testers and analysts, ensuring that solutions are delivered efficiently, consistently, and aligned with business objectives.
The Software Development Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, prioritising the product roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of features by coordinating the efforts of developers, testers, and stakeholders.
