This is an opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our highly regarded Corporate team. We will provide you with an existing client bank, however we are looking for an individual who enjoys building professional networks and is able to grow a strong and profitable portfolio of clients.

You will also have the support of our specialist dedicated administration team who are there to provide the support, resources and stable foundations for our Employee Benefit Consultants to deliver the desired client outcomes as well as working behind the scenes to continuously improve our offering and keep us ahead of our competitors.
To join our team you will need to bring a highly professional, trustworthy and client focused approach, genuine enthusiasm for relationship building and an articulate and engaging communication style which can be flexed to bring value and understanding to every conversation. You will also need to be:
- Studying towards the relevant CII qualifications and preferably the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- A minimum of 2 years experience within an Employee Benefits Adviser/Consultant role
- Experienced at delivering compliant, tailored solutions to a range of corporate clients
- A track record of winning new clients
- Self-disciplined and focused with the resilience, motivation and tenacity to respond to challenges in a positive way
- Motivated to understand and engage with Succession's corporate objectives and cultural values
- An effective team player and leader and able to recognise the value of support teams in delivering great client outcomes
- Knowledgeable regarding the UK regulatory system, particularly those aspects relevant to Financial Services
- Committed to your own professional development and regularly undertaking CPD and keeping up to date with industry issues and developments
