Due to our continued growth, Succession now offers a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Localities Assistant in our new Leeds office. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to start a career in the corporate or finance sector.

The role…

The primary purpose of this role is to provide ‘front of house’ services at our Leeds office. This includes managing the visitors’ diary, arranging meetings, and handling switchboard activity. The role holder will be the main point of contact for central stock and ordering systems.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and support meetings.
  • Handle post collection, opening, and distribution.
  • Keep telephone and email directories updated.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or customer service.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong telecommunications skills.
