The role…
The primary purpose of this role is to provide ‘front of house’ services at the Belfast office. This includes managing the visitors’ diary, arranging meetings, and handling switchboard activity. The role holder will be the main point of contact for daily central stock and ordering systems.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Answer the phone and redirect calls appropriately.
- Manage meeting room bookings and support meetings.
- Handle post including collecting, opening, and distributing.
- Keep telephone and email directories up to date.
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or customer service.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong telecommunications skills.
