Due to the continued evolution of how we design and deliver learning across the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Designer to join the Learning & Development team. This role sits within our digital learning capability and focuses on creating high‑quality, user‑centred digital learning content that supports business priorities, enhances learner experience and drives consistent standards across our learning offer.

You will work closely with L&D colleagues, subject matter experts and key stakeholders across the business to design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning solutions aligned to our brand, tone of voice and learning frameworks.

On a day‑to‑day basis you can expect to be:

  • Designing and developing high‑quality digital learning content using a range of digital authoring and multimedia tools.
  • Creating storyboards, scripts and prototypes that translate business requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Working closely with subject matter experts to shape, validate and quality‑check content.
  • Applying agreed digital learning design principles, accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
  • Updating and maintaining existing digital learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment to business change.
  • Supporting the digital elements of wider learning and business projects.
  • Gathering and responding to learner feedback and insight to continuously improve digital content.
  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders on progress, requirements and design considerations.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Experience designing and building digital learning content using authoring tools and multimedia software.
  • Experience working within an L&D, training or learning‑focused environment.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • The ability to translate complex information into engaging, accessible digital content.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
  • The ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

A certificated qualification in e‑learning or digital learning design is essential; a professional diploma is desirable.
