Due to our continued growth, Succession Wealth is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to play a central role in shaping, refining and delivering change across our organisation. The Role
In this role, you’ll ensure that our change initiatives are built on strong analysis, well‑defined requirements and high‑quality documentation. You will:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, capturing both functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Translate complex information into clear, structured documentation that underpins successful project delivery.
- Analyse data to support gap analysis and options appraisal, helping shape the best solutions for the business.
- Map existing processes, identify inefficiencies and contribute to future‑state process design.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in proposed solutions.
- Identify test scenarios and input into test plans and scripts to support quality assurance activities.
- Develop process documents and convert them into effective training materials for end users.
- Contribute to governance forums and maintain documentation aligned with the Succession Change Framework.
- Anticipate risks and work with Project Managers to mitigate them early.
- Promote best practice and champion continuous improvement across the Change function.
About You
Experience & Expertise
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Change delivery.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies and business analysis disciplines.
- Confidence working with process mapping and analysis tools.
- A good grasp of data concepts and the ability to translate business needs into data‑driven use cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Business analysis certification or equivalent (essential).
