Client Resolution Team Administrator 12 Month Secondment – INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY (Aligned to your current office location)
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a secondment to our Client Resolution Team! As Client Resolution Team Administrator, you’ll provide essential support that enables complaints and redress cases to progress smoothly and accurately, helping the team deliver fair, timely and well‑governed outcomes for our clients. Your work underpins strong risk management, clear decision‑making and continuous improvement — all central to our long‑term success.
What You’ll Do
- Case & Workflow Support: Provide high‑quality administrative support to the Client Resolution team, helping cases move efficiently through the resolution process. Coordinate workloads, track progress and ensure documentation is complete, organised and ready for review.
- Documentation, Systems & Records: Prepare and maintain clear, accurate case files, bringing together relevant information, data and supporting materials. Keep systems, registers and records consistently up to date, ensuring information is reliable and accessible.
- Governance & Communication: Support approval processes by coordinating decision documentation and settlement authorisations in line with agreed frameworks. Complete notifications and information requests accurately and on time.
- Insight & Continuous Improvement: Provide management information when requested and contribute ideas that enhance processes and ways of working. Offer administrative support to the wider Risk & Compliance team as priorities evolve.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in an administrative role, with confidence managing information, documentation and priorities.
